I already have a reservation system in place, why should I change?
Reservation Direct is a new and exciting selling too that provides a centralised source of accommodation availability. It provides both a reservation and availability system.
What if I get a virus on my PC or it crashes, could I lose all my information?
No. The information is stored on the central server and is securely backed-up on a regular basis. If you experience a computer problem the data is not affected.
How do I handle bookings when I am overseas on holiday or on business?
Reservation Direct and the Seekom based system can be accessed from any PC in the world.
I am a new property and nobody knows about my operation yet, why do I need to join Reservation Direct if I don’t have many bookings?
Reservation Direct can also act as a marketing tool. It can kick-start your business through increased exposure through our websites. Any person using our websites is able to view your availability and book a room with instant confirmation.
